Dear Ninety Store customers: We are always at your service. Return and exchange policy: Exchange within 7 days and return within 3 days from the date the shipment reaches you. The customer bears the cost of the return shipping label and the cost of the new shipping label, which is (40 Riyals). If there is a manufacturing defect or problem with the product from the store, the store bears the cost of re-shipping the item and replacing it.
